Did someone say pan-fried dumplings?
BS’ In The Kitchen always has something tasty going on, but when I ran across this incredibly yummy looking h’orderve I knew I had to share it with all those brides looking for tasty before-the-main-meal treats for their guests. And these pan-fried dumplings will not disappoint.

Taken and modified from Open Mouth Insert Cookie, this recipe is perfect for an evening cocktail hour as all your guests await your arrival for the reception.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground turkey/chicken
- 2 Green onions
- 1 Tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1-2 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Box (300g) Extra soft Tofu
- Nappa Cabbage (half a head)
- 100 Wonton Wrappers

Now these take a while to make, so I suggest you hand this idea over to your caterer and see if they can duplicate or play off of it. If you’d like the entire recipe visit here and have a go at it! Now all you need is some sauce and these pan-fried dumplings are an instant classic in your recipe book.
